Terms & Conditions of Use and Purchase
Last updated: August 2026
Enav Horovitz, licensed business (Osek Murshe) no. 039819644, owner of "Life in a Movie" and Dreamovie (the "Business").
These terms govern use of the website and the purchase of movie production services. Browsing the site and placing an order constitute acceptance of these terms.
1. The service
The Business produces personalized videos from photos supplied by the Customer, using professional production work combined with generative AI tools.
Two products are currently offered:
- Growing-Up Video — photos of the same person across the years, joined by continuous transitions into a cinematic growing-up journey.
- Animated Memories Movie — each photo is animated on its own with gentle motion, with no transitions between photos.
2. The Business as producer and responsible party
The Business is the service provider and seller to the Customer, and manages production end to end: preparing the raw materials, cropping and formatting, configuring and operating the AI tools, processing the outputs, arranging the clips and producing the final file.
External technology and AI providers act solely as tools and sub-processors of the Business, and are not the seller or service provider to the Customer.
3. Production time
In most cases the movie is ready within a few minutes. Production time may vary depending on the number of photos, load at service providers and other technical factors. Any time shown on the site is an estimate only. In case of unusual delay or a technical fault, the Business will make reasonable efforts to complete production promptly and keep the Customer updated.
4. AI disclosure
The movie is produced using generative AI tools. AI output can vary between runs, and differences or artifacts may appear in facial details, hands and fingers, hair, clothing, objects, background or motion.
The output is not a biometric or photographic reconstruction of a person or of reality. The Business aims to preserve the identity and appearance shown in the source photos as far as possible, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
5. Creation attempts
The price includes up to 3 regenerations in total per project. The Customer may use them all on a single clip or split them across several clips.
Previous versions are kept in the system, and the Customer can switch between them and choose the preferred version.
If a regeneration fails for a technical reason or due to a provider fault and no new output is produced, it does not count towards the allowance of three regenerations.
A Customer who is not satisfied is welcome to contact support on WhatsApp. Any additional regeneration beyond the allowance is at the Business's discretion and is not a commitment. The above is subject to actual system operation.
6. Materials and rights
The Customer confirms holding all lawful rights and permissions to use the photos and materials uploaded, and to submit them for processing in order to produce the movie.
Where other people appear in the photos, the Customer confirms having obtained their permission. Where minors appear, the Customer confirms being the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise holding proper lawful authority.
The Business may refuse to handle materials that appear unlawful, offensive or infringing third-party rights, and may stop work on such an order.
7. Music
Where the Customer uploads a music file, responsibility for music usage rights lies solely with the Customer, who confirms holding those rights at upload time.
8. Old photo restoration
Old, scanned, black-and-white or sepia photos may be used. Restoring and enhancing old photos is a separate, manual, additional-fee service that is not included in the movie price and must be arranged on WhatsApp before uploading the photos.
9. Prices and payment
The price is determined by the number of photos the Customer uploads and is shown in full before payment.
Payment will be processed through a secure external payment provider. The system is not designed to store full card details or CVV codes.
While online payment is not yet active on the site, no online charge is made and no payment details are stored.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Each movie is produced personally for the Customer, based on the raw materials, photos and choices the Customer provides. Once payment has been made and processing of those materials has begun, the transaction cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given, subject to applicable law.
Nothing above derogates from the Customer's rights under law where the service was not supplied, or where there is a non-conformity entitling the Customer to a remedy under law.
Up until payment is made and processing of the raw materials begins, the process can be stopped and no charge is made.
If a technical fault prevented delivery of the movie, please contact the Business and we will repair, re-produce or otherwise resolve the matter in accordance with law.
11. File retention and movie availability
The final movie will be available to the Customer for viewing and download for 14 days from the date the Customer was notified that the movie is ready.
The photos, music files and media files used to produce the movie are retained for the purpose of providing the service for up to 14 days from completion of the movie, and are then deleted from the Business's active storage systems.
The Customer should download and save the movie during this period. Accounting records, payment documentation and consent records may be kept for longer where required by law.
12. Intellectual property and licence
Rights in the photos and materials uploaded by the Customer remain with the Customer or the original rights holders.
The Customer grants the Business a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store and transmit the materials to the technology providers necessary to deliver the service and produce the movie only.
The Business will not use the Customer's materials or movie for marketing or promotional purposes without separate, explicit consent.
13. Availability and liability
The Business makes reasonable efforts to provide a working, available service, but interruptions, faults or delays may occur due to infrastructure, third-party providers or factors beyond its control.
The Business's liability is subject to applicable law and does not extend to indirect or consequential damage. Nothing here derogates from the Customer's statutory rights.
14. Privacy
Use of the service is also subject to the Business's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms and the use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
