Privacy Policy

1. Information collected

• Google account details used to sign in: name, email address and account identifier.
• Photos and media files uploaded by the Customer for movie production.
• Music files the Customer chooses to upload.
• Project choices: movie type, screen format, photo order and other settings.
• AI outputs and the final movie file.
• Payment and transaction metadata, excluding full card details and security codes.
• Operational and security data such as error logs, timings and IP address, where actually collected.
• Records of the consents given, including timestamp and document versions.

2. Purposes of processing

• Authentication and account sign-in.
• Producing the movie and delivering the ordered service.
• Processing payment and managing the transaction.
• Delivering the movie and providing support.
• Security, abuse prevention and fraud handling.
• Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.

3. Transfers to providers

To deliver the service, files and information may be transferred to external technology and AI providers, only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

4. Providers currently used

Some providers may process data outside Israel.

• Lovable — website and cloud infrastructure.
• Supabase — database, file storage and user management.
• Google — sign-in and user identification.
• fal.ai and the AI model providers operating through it — clip generation.
• Tranzila — the selected external payment provider. Once online payments are enabled on the site, Tranzila will process payment and transaction data. Online card payment is not active on the site yet and no card processing takes place through it today.
• Email provider — not yet selected; this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Minors

A Customer uploading photos in which minors appear confirms being the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise holding proper lawful authority to do so.

6. Marketing use

The Business will not use Customer photos or produced movies for marketing, advertising or demonstration without separate, explicit consent.

7. Retention and deletion

The final movie will be available to the Customer for viewing and download for 14 days from the date the Customer was notified that the movie is ready.

The photos, music files and media files used to produce the movie are retained for the purpose of providing the service for up to 14 days from completion of the movie, and are then deleted from the Business's active storage systems.

The Customer should download and save the movie during this period. Accounting records, payment documentation and consent records may be kept for longer where required by law.

8. Customer rights

Subject to applicable law, the Customer may have rights to access the information held about them, request its correction and request its deletion, except for information the Business must retain by law.

9. Security

The Business applies reasonable, accepted security measures including access controls, encrypted transport and established cloud hosting. However, absolute security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

10. Cookies and local storage

The site uses browser local storage and technical cookies required for its operation, to keep the Customer signed in and to remember preferences such as interface language.
